Other school fees are collected once for the whole year along with the maintenance fees in June or at the time of admission.
By Feb. 15 all the installments should be paid.
Days fixed for collection of fees are from 1st to 15th of every month.
A fine of Rs. 50/- will be charged after the last collection days of the month till the end of the month. And every subsequent month Rs. 10/- each will be charged, till the payment is made. For charging fine every installment will be treated as separate unit.
No student will be allowed to appear for the Annual/ Board Examination unless all the fee dues are cleared.
Since the institution is purely an unaided school I.e.does not receive any grant from government, no fee concessions of any kind are possible. However the grave necessities it is dealt individualy by the management when approached through proper channel.
The details of annual fee sehedule shall be displayed on the school notice board. Parents and students shall follow the particulars for fee details from the school notice board or can obtain any clarification from the office. No parents or students should be informed of the details Indvidually or otherwise.
The fees once paid is not refundable.
Student is eligible for an incentive award Rs. 500/- on paying the total Annual fees before 1/8/22 and Rs. 400/- pay and before 1/9/22 for the session 2022 - 23 and like wise for each school session.
